First established in 1991 as an alcohol service for adults, we have developed and expanded to meet the demand for more options to offer the community. We now offer alcohol and drug services, and more recently have developed a wide variety of services for young people, especially for young people whose backgrounds and lifestyles are chaotic or problematic.

Our values are clear: equalities and access, integrity and accountability, partnership and involvement, innovation and creativity. We work hard to ensure that we can offer as a wide a range of services for the community as we can.

Our staff team are made up from all walks of life. They are also a mixture of paid employees and volunteers. We take pride in our excellent support and development programmes for the staff.

reduce absenteeism, and assist in a range of Health and Well Being areas.
