East Sussex Alcohol Services – Help & Advice for People with Alcohol Problems in East Sussex
We run Information and Advice sessions throughout East Sussex for anyone who is concerned about their own or someone else’s drinking.
You do not need an appointment to attend. Our worker is available for a 15 minute one-to-one confidential consultation when you can find out about the services available, or receive simple advice on how to cut down on your drinking. You don’t even have to give your name if you don’t want to in the first instance.
If you decide you would like ongoing support from our organisation, we will ask you to complete a self assessment form. Our worker will be happy to help you complete the form if you need assistance. We will assess your needs and let you know what we can offer you. You are welcome to use the Information and Advice sessions anytime for continuing support.
