We are here to help and support people in Hull who want information about how alcohol can affect their life and health. We can also offer support to those who want to make some changes in the way they drink alcohol in order to have a healthier lifestyle. We work in close partnership with the NHS in Hull and the Know your Limits campaign.
The Action for Change team is based in the community in a number of locations. You can be sure that there will be somewhere nearby where you can go for an informal and confidential chat with someone who understands about the impact of alcohol.
